We are a small team building attribution plumbing that has to be right, because the whole point of it is that someone can trust the number at the end. That shapes the work: few people, wide scope, and no layer between whoever writes a feature and whoever has to support it.

We hire irregularly and only when there is work a new person would own outright. Rather than list roles we are not actively filling, we would rather read a real note from you. Everyone on the team reads support email. It is the fastest way to find out what the product actually does wrong.
Small surface, deep work
Conversion APIs are unforgiving — attribution windows, hashing rules and retry semantics all differ per platform. The interesting problems are in the detail.
Based in Delhi, flexible about where you sit
The company is registered and operated from Ghaffar Manzil, New Delhi, Delhi 110025, India. We work in IST and are happy for people to work remotely within a few hours of it.
Honest about stage
We are independent and not venture funded. Compensation is real but not a US market rate, and we will say so in the first conversation rather than the fifth.
