What is AI website analysis, and how is it different from an A/B testing tool?+

Most A/B testing tools hand you an editor and leave you to invent the hypothesis — which is the hard part. Convertss A/B Test does the analysis first: it reads your live pages, your search performance and your ad data, finds the segment losing you the most revenue, and tells you exactly what to test, on which page, and what lift to expect. You get the reasoning and the evidence, so you can disagree with it.

Is the A/B Test product really free?+

Yes — free forever, on every plan, with up to two active tests at a time. It is not a trial and it does not expire. It stays available even if you never buy another product, and even if a paid subscription lapses. No card is required to use it.

How does Convertss decide which A/B test to suggest?+

It cross-references three things: what is on the page, how that page performs in search, and what your paid traffic does when it lands there. If 68% of paid mobile visitors never scroll far enough to see your call to action, that is a specific, measurable problem with a specific fix — and that is the kind of suggestion you get, rather than generic best practice.

What does "segment" mean in the A/B test suggestions?+

A suggestion is always tied to who it applies to: traffic source (paid search, paid social, organic, direct), device, country, and whether the visitor is new or returning. A change that lifts conversion for first-time mobile visitors from Google Ads may do nothing for returning desktop visitors, so the recommendation names the audience it is for.

Where does the expected lift number come from?+

From your own data, not an industry benchmark. Each suggestion states the sessions and the time window it is based on, so you can judge whether the sample is big enough to act on. When the data is thin, the analysis says so instead of inventing a number.

What is offline conversion tracking, and why does it matter?+

Offline conversion tracking lets you measure leads that close days or weeks after an ad click — phone calls, sales meetings, contracts. By sending the eventual outcome back to Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Bing, you train their bidding algorithms to find more customers like the ones who actually buy, not just ones who fill a form.

Which ad platforms does Convertss support today?+

Google Ads (via the Google Ads API offline conversions), Meta Conversions API (CAPI), TikTok Events API, and Microsoft Advertising (via offline conversion CSV export). All four are first-class — clicks captured on your forms or chatbot get pushed to whichever platforms you enable.

How does Convertss capture the ad click?+

Our forms and chatbot widget automatically read gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, ttclid, msclkid, and supporting pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc, _ttp) from the landing URL and persist them in browser storage for up to 90 days. When the lead converts, the right ID is sent to the right platform — no manual tagging required.

Do I need an engineer to integrate Convertss?+

No. The chatbot is a single <script> tag, our forms are no-code embeddable, and offline conversion push happens automatically once you connect your ad account in the dashboard. Engineering is only needed if you want to push conversions from a custom CRM.

How is your AI chatbot different from a generic OpenAI / ChatGPT widget?+

Every reply is grounded in YOUR knowledge base via MongoDB vector search — we retrieve the top-5 most relevant facts about your business before the AI speaks. The model is also tightly guardrailed to refuse off-topic, jailbreak, and competitor questions. And your human agents can take over any conversation with one click; the AI then automatically steps back.

How accurate is the AI? Will it hallucinate prices or policies?+

The system prompt explicitly forbids inventing prices, hours, or policies. If a question is in-scope but the answer is missing from the knowledge base, the bot says so and offers to take the visitor’s email so a human can follow up. You stay in control.

Is the data secure and GDPR-compliant?+

Visitor data is stored in your isolated MongoDB tenant. We only collect IP and geolocation for fraud / spam scoring and never sell the data. PII shared with ad platforms (email, phone) is SHA-256 hashed before transmission, as required by Meta and TikTok CAPIs.

How long does it take to see results?+

Most teams see Google’s Smart Bidding shift within 2–3 weeks of consistent offline conversion uploads. The more closed deals you feed back to Smart Bidding, the faster the algorithm finds high-quality leads.

Does the chatbot work on Shopify / WordPress / Webflow / Squarespace?+

Yes — our embed snippet is a standard <script> tag that works on every major website builder. No iframe, no plugin install. The widget runs inside an isolated Shadow DOM so your site's CSS can't break it (and vice-versa).

What happens if I cancel?+

Your conversion data export is available to download for 30 days after cancellation. We do not lock you in — you keep your audiences and historical data.
