Terms of Service

By signing up, embedding our scripts, or sending data to our APIs, you agree to these Terms. If you're using Convertss for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

• You must be 16+ and legally able to enter contracts.
• One person per account. Don't share login credentials.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account — keep your password safe.
• You'll give us accurate sign-up info and keep it current.

Convertss provides four products that work together or independently:

• Offline Conversion Tracking — push closed-deal value to Google Ads, Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, and Microsoft Advertising.
• AI Chatbot Widget — embeddable, vector-grounded chatbot with agent takeover.
• Form Builder — drag-and-drop forms that capture every ad-platform click ID.
• Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) — measure and improve how AI search engines cite your brand.

We may add, remove, or change features. We'll notify account owners of material changes in advance.

• Plans are bundles of products: Starter ($50 / 1 product), Duo ($78 / 2), Growth ($92 / 3), Operator ($105 / 4). Annual billing saves 15%.
• Charges renew automatically. You can cancel from the dashboard any time — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• We offer a 30-day refund on the first paid month if you don't see value. Email hello@convertss.com.
• Failed payment puts the account into a 14-day grace period; after that, paid features are disabled until billing is fixed.

Don't use Convertss to:

• Send spam, harvest contact info without consent, or run misleading lead-gen pages.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Reverse-engineer or attack the platform; probe for vulnerabilities outside our security program.
• Bypass rate limits or quota mechanisms.
• Run anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdictions your end-users live in.
• Use the AI chatbot to generate hateful, harassing, or sexual content directed at minors.

We can suspend accounts that violate these rules; serious violations may be terminated without refund.

You own your content — leads captured, chatbot transcripts, knowledge base entries, blog posts, everything. You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that content as strictly required to run the service.

We export your data on request for 30 days after cancellation. After that we delete it, except where we are legally required to retain it for billing / tax reasons.

When you connect Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or Microsoft Advertising, you authorise Convertss to upload conversions on your behalf. You remain responsible for following each platform's policies (especially Meta's data-use rules and Google's offline conversion guidelines).

We hash PII (email, phone) with SHA-256 before sending it to platforms that require it. We do not send unhashed PII to ad networks.

We target 99.9% uptime for the dashboard and the chatbot widget. Maintenance windows are announced in advance. We don't offer SLAs on the free tier; paid plans include a status page and email alerts on incidents.

The Convertss platform, brand, and source code are ours. You may not copy or resell them. You keep your content; we keep our software. Reasonable trademark mentions (case studies, “Powered by Convertss” references) are permitted.

• You can cancel any time from Profile → Subscription. Paid features remain until period end.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. Where possible we'll warn first.
• Sections that should logically survive (IP, liability, refunds, dispute resolution) survive termination.

Convertss is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data outside our control, etc.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law says it can't be limited (gross negligence, fraud, etc.).

We'll update these terms occasionally. Material changes get an in-dashboard banner and an email to account owners 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date counts as acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go through the courts of Delhi NCR. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep mandatory consumer protections under your local law.
